1.	We were delighted with the Crowne Plaza. Surroundings were very comfortable, staff were so friendly & location was excellent (10 min walk from Maceys). Buffet breakfast was included & was excellent. Might be a little pricey for a couple but for 3 sharing, price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel & we plan to return for more shopping in Nov.05.

2.	The location was ideal and would recommend upgrading to an executive room as the views were wonderful. Continental Breakfast kept you going all day. Rooms were spacious and bed extremely comfortable. You can step onto the tour bus right outside that gives you a great flavour of New York. Times Square is a site to behold and right in the middle of theatre land. Only downside bar staff were not over efficient.

3.	The first room they gave us was a smoking room. It looked rarely used. The lock in the bathroom did not work. We asked for a non smoking room and was immediately given one the next day. The new room was clean and better with a working lock.
