1.   Have stayed in New York 20 times at various "boutique" hotels. This was a pleasure - speedy and friendly check in, very helpful concierge and front desk. Spacious rooms for all our shopping and two very large and comfortable beds. alan DEMBY, South Africa   2.   Small and dated rooms, pool has clearly not been working for a long time. Hotel could do with an upgrade so don't expect modern - very old fashioned, comtemporary decor. Rooms are small but extremely clean and have everything you need.
