1.	Exce3llent location ,right next to park avenue. Concierges very helpful ,especially a lady named Mary [last name taken out] who was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Rooms were superb and spacious by new york standards. Only thing to improve- and its minor were bar prices where the kids were paying 5 dollars for a glass of sprite and we paid 12 dollars for a glass of chilean cabernet . However all in all ,would thoroughly recommend and will deffinitely be back.

2.	the rooms furniture is very old and definetly needs renovation giving the fact that it's rated as 4 stars hotel. The breakfast Buffet is very expensive
