1.   I had never booked a hotel room via the internet. I was weery because the internet price was so much lower than the price for a room calling the hotel directly. The room was fabulous, I would certainly book a room via internet again.

3.   Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was excellent, there was 7 of us in our party staying in two rooms, both having ample space for us all. They located our rooms next door to each other as requested but the only down comment I have is that I faxed the concierge requesting their assistance with something and I never got a reply.
