1.   This hotel experience was excellent, one of the best I have stayed in in terms of service. This hotel is very stylish; well thought out. The rooms are small but they more than make up for it in service. Excellent food,the lobby is "happening". Concierge Krista is wonderful. Had security checking to be sure you are a guest before you can go up to guest floors; a nice touch for women traveling alone. Music CD gift was a nice extra to remember the "W" experience.
